Our diverse range of services are delivered through direct provision and in partnership with refugee communities, refugee agencies and local and central government.

We operate across three regions – Midlands, Yorkshire and London. The challenges are varied but our regional knowledge and understanding help us to create innovative local solutions.

Our services include:

• supported housing
• floating support
• asylum support
• unaccompanied young people’s housing.

We also deliver services that develop capacity to learn and attain appropriate employment, including:

• the UK’s first integrated foyer for refugees
• learning support and mentoring projects
• an established volunteer programme.

We have a research and consultancy unit that conducts research and consults on issues affecting refugees and asylum seekers.
