We are established as one of the main providers of specialist housing and related services to refugees in this region, assisting more than 300 households.
Supported housing
We provide supported housing for single refugees in good quality accommodation.
Floating support
We run floating support schemes in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster in partnership with local authorities and local agencies, supporting over 180 refugee households, including families.
Community investment
Our links with community organisations are well established and help us to provide the culturally sensitive support that we advocate. We have run a number of community initiatives including a very successful video project with Positive Negatives which resulted in two clients being offered employment.
Refugee Foyer
We have successfully developed the country's first dedicated 'refugee foyer', linking housing with education, training and employment services and with an emphasis on integration into the local community. It is accredited with the foyer federation.
